TPA3251 (TPA3255) aka "model tiny" in aluminium case
Based on the "Shrink Mod" this TPA3251 amplifier variant is built in an aluminium enclosure, which also serves for the heat dissipation.
The heat transmission occurs through soldered copper plates as a heat bridge from the TPA3251 to the inner enclosure body. The distance of 3.2 mm is being bridged and linked by a thermal pad with a thickness of 150um.
